Dear Families and St. Johns Community Members,
The St. Johns County Center for the Arts, Inc. is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) organization driven by parents, dedicated to supporting the Performing Arts at St. Augustine High School. The SJCCA Boosters are a volunteer group of families and community members who share a common goal: to support and enhance the artistic growth and success of our students.
Our students benefit greatly from having top-notch professional educators. However, the full potential of our arts programs can only be realized with the active support and involvement of families and the community. Faculty and Booster Leadership collaborate closely throughout the school year, and as a SJCCA Booster Volunteer, your role is vital to the success of our arts programs.
The financial contributions from Booster members—including fairshare fees, patron tickets, and donated supplies—are essential for providing enriched arts experiences at SAHS. Although we are part of the St. Johns County School District, the district alone cannot meet all the financial needs required for high-level performances. The Booster funds support various aspects such as curriculum enhancement, hospitality, student experiences, communication, and branding.
SJCCA Booster Meetings are held periodically throughout the year, and details will be shared in advance. These meetings offer a chance to connect with faculty and fellow boosters, and to discuss current and future needs.
